Poised and structural, the fruit unfolds in layers of vibrancy; plums, forestberries, raspberries, and cherries. Silvered filigree acidity threads through a pillowy, expansive mousse, bringing length and lift to the savoury finish. Extended lees ageing of 18 months builds depth and evolving complexity, and will develop rich, biscuity notes over time.
